ABOUT THE ACADEMY

Academy Director of Coaching Alex Denver

Glenavon FC’s Academy consists of teams at Under 11, Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15 and Under 16. There are currently plans in place to run with younger age groups for the 2013/2014 season. The Club are running an Easter Camp from 3rd-5th April 2013 at Mourneview Park. Click here for further details.

The current Under 11 Team plays in the Mid Ulster Youth League whilst the current Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15 and Under 16 sides play in the National Youth League.

There is also an Under 18 team which comes under the auspices of the Senior Club and plays as Glenavon III’s in the IFA Youth League, Section A.

The Glenavon FC Academy is headed by its Director of Coaching, Alex Denver and each side has its own fully qualified Coach. (See the individual team pages for details.)
